Talian penempaan: 4 000 t penekan engkol, 1 200 °C ±10 °C untuk keluli, 480 °C ±5 °C untuk aluminium; sekeping tunggal 24 kg maks.
Saiz: 14" – 26" diameter, 3" – 14" lebar, kedalaman drop-center 35 mm, alur kunci manik atau bibir pelekap terbalik pilihan.
Bahan: 6061-T6, 6082-T6, 7075-T73, 2014-T4; SAE 1045, 4140, 5140, 300 M; aloi mikro tersuai atas permintaan.
Pengilangan CNC: Mazak & DMG 5 paksi, ±0.02 mm kedudukan, poket jejari, kerang pengurangan berat, PCD ±0.05 mm, lubang hab H7.
Selepas proses: pelindapkejutan larutan dalam 30 saat, T6 penuaan 175 °C/8 j, aruhan mengeras 55 HRC untuk rim keluli; shot-peen, anodizing Type II/III, powder coat, ceramic clear.
